In order to provide a quality, person centred service, our minimum visit time is 1 hour however this is subject to the care requirements and location.
How do you ensure your staff are trustworthy?
Our recruitment processes are extremely stringent and include face-to-face interviews, reference checks, criminal record checks (DBS) and occupational health clearances.
Where do your staff operate?
Our carers are based in Surbiton and the Kingston area. However, we are able to provide care in areas beyond this subject to the accommodation provision available.
How quickly can I organise a care package?
We know that when dealing with people’s health, circumstances can change rapidly with little or no warning. Once you have got in touch with us, our managers will be able to advise how quickly we could mobilise a suitable care package subject to your needs. How much does home care cost?
The average cost of home care is £20/hour. This cost will vary depending on your location and the complexity of the care you need.
